This slow paced yoga class is perfect for those with limited mobility, those recovering from injuries, and even those new to yoga.
Taught by Jennifer Matthews, poses are modified to suit every individual’s needs. A full range of props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps) are utilised to modify poses so as to accommodate the needs of all. This alignment based class incorporates movement with breath ensuring that students can transition from pose to pose in a mindful way.
We offer this class every Tuesday and Friday from 5:15 to 6:15 pm.
